I bought this item after researching both the Bodybugg and Gowear fit. Gowear is the same model as the body bugg, it is just cheaper. The only difference is that you do not get a telephone counseling session. You do have to sign up with them for the upload of and translation of the gathered data. So far, I have tried both the options of three day food assessment and logging food every day, and found the daily logging gives you a more accurate picture. I really like it, it is super easy to navigate all the screens, and the sleep monitor/efficiency tool is very cool.
