I really like the gowear fit - it's comfortable and gives me amazing information. I use sparkpeople for tracking food and activity - the gowear fit goes in perfect harmony with this.
I love the information it gives me about sleeping - apparently - I'm a very restless sleeper, which I've never known. But, this explains a lot of my tiredness.
I was afraid that the gowear fit would be bulky, but it is invisible unless wearing a tight fitting shirt.
