I spent much more money for the Bodybugg because this item was sold out last week. This is the best motivator I have found. I just did 10 weeks of Weight Watchers, but I think this is a better program. You can (with the watch) easily track your progress for the day and catch up if you have been too sedintary. I really thought I had been active during the day but I hadn't. I am now pushing myself just a little harder. I would highly recommend it. You may not need the watch if you are always close to a computer, but I like checking the watch. I am now experimenting with different patterns of exercize during the day.
