My star rating is wrong, and dates to two weeks after I first bought this. To that point it had worked well. 2 months in, I haven't lost any weight. I had to contact the company 3 times to get a real response as to why this might be: turns out the system can be off by as much as 8%. That may not seem like much of a difference, but consider it only takes a 5% change in your calorie intake/burn to lose weight.
To top it off, 2 months after I bought it the armband suddenly fell apart. I've contacted the company and have had no response. I'm so disgusted by the whole experience I'm going to cancel my account and I would discourage anyone from dealing with this company. It's an expensive boondoggle.
