I have has the armband for a week and a half now. I was not sure it was going to be worth the money and spent a month putting it in and taking it out of my shopping cart before actually buying it. I selected 2lbs, which is the maximum option, and the website told me that I could reach my goal weight by December if I burn 1000 more calories each day than I eat. It's so easy! I get constant feedback about which activities burn calories and how many.
