I had a bodybugg for 2 days and it broke. I spent several times on the phone with tech support trying to fix it and eventually they said to send it back. I waited almost 5 days to receive an emailed ups label! I was so frustrated. I then mailed it back and recently called to see if they received it and they couldn't track my information. I have spent a lot of time on the phone and I'm now waiting to see the status of my defected bodybugg. It has now been almost 2 weeks and still no new bodybugg. We're definatley not working with Zappos here!
For a product that has become very, very popular, their customer service is absolutely terrible. I will file an official complaint! I can't review the actual bodybugg product because I haven't had enough time to work with it.
