I was very excited when I bought this product. The battery life is suppose to last 5-7 days - mine lasts maybe 11 hours then it shuts off. It takes 4 hours to charge (which is normal) But last night it shut off at 4am...after it makes beeps alerting you that it is about to die, so it woke me up.
I contacted customer service 3 days ago but no response - its very frustrating because its not a very cheap product to buy -- I was very excited about this at the beginning but now I feel that I just want to send it back. Get more detail about GoWear fit Lifestyle and Calorie Management System.
