Received my go wear fit around the 29th of December, charged it up for 3 hours, and it was all set to go. It was very motivational. The battery lasted for almost 7 days, and that was wearing it at night. Now the battery problem, after the 7 days, recharged it for 3 hours, had flashing green light, and thought it was fine, well, it wouldn't stay charged for more than 11 hours, and then it was totally dead, had to keep charging it everyday. Was going to send it back to Amazon, and they gave a RA number and everything, but they didn't have any in stock, and I really did like it. So I called the manufacter, left a message and they said that they had a couple of complaints about the battery not staying charged, so if I would be willing to send it directly to them, so they could investigate the problem, they would send me a new replacement, and as soon as I received it, I could mail the other one back to them. They mailed it right out, and I sent the old one back to them. They also gave me 2 additional weeks on my subscription as a courtesy. Received the new one approximately 3 weeks ago and have had no problems, I haven't been wearing it to bed, but I have been downloading it everynight, and have only had to charge the battery a couple of times for about 1/2 hour, and it's stays fully charged for almost 7 days.
