At the beginning of this year, after much research, I decided to purchase this product. It has been a reliable and valuable tool in my efforts to loose weight over the past 6 months. Then this month the strap that holds the actual monitor to my arm broke, the velcro detached from the plastic tab. I took it off my arm and while trying to figure out how to fix it or which size to buy in a new one, I noticed several small cracks and two large ones that radiated out from the metallic sensors, sometimes all the way through the plastic casing. I contacted Gowear to find out if the band would be covered under warranty and too see if the cracking was normal. They were quick to reply and asked me to send it back in for a replacement. Shipping was paid, and as soon as I sent the old one off, I got notice that the new one was on the way. They were even helpful after, to guide me through getting the new one registered and working online. I am EXTREMELY impressed with their customer service. Add that to the fact that the product works great and is a wonderful tool, and you've got a really safe bet. Thanks Gowear for making one VERY HAPPY customer!
