I think the product is really cool EXCEPT that as a woman a lot of my work attire has short/capped sleeves or snug fitting sleeves that I can't wear this with. I made an effort to wear long sleeves the first week (I live near the equator- not real practical) and people still noticed it. For more formal short sleeved work looks I couldn't wear it at all. I now pretty much only wear it to work out which kind of defeats the purpose. If they made it to fit around the ribs like a heart rate monitor and made it in a more neutral color (you can see the black under a lot of light colored clothes) I think it would be much easier to wear under anything.
