I bought my Bodybugg nearly 6 weeks ago and absolutely love it. I also have the visual display and wear both of them nearly everywhere. The Bodybugg reminds me of where I am at all times in reference to my goals. I started walking within 2 weeks of purchasing it and by the third week I began jogging. Unfortunately, I was so motivated that I broke my leg (stress fracture) from doing too much too soon, but that was not the fault of the device. Now it monitors the calories that I am burning on my crutches. It reminds me that if I am tempted by a higher calorie item then I will offset a lot of activity and/or work. I've lost 16 pounds in just under six weeks and have no doubt that my Bodybugg will help me to meet and maintain my goals.
