I have had the Go Wear Fit for almost a week and love it! I was hesitant to spend so much but I am so glad I did. This really helps keep me on track by seeing exactly how many calories I am burning. It was very easy to set up and use, although the food log on the website took me a few days to figure out, I am now a pro at it. The band doesn't usually bother me, I mostly forget its there. I would advise you to also buy the display unit. It is so easy to see how many calories you are burning by using it and you avoid having to take the time to plug into a computer. I don't know how much weight I have lost yet as I am still 2 days from my weigh in, but it looks as though I am on target to lose 2 lbs this week and that was my goal.
