This armband is awsome. it helps not only with how many calories I am burning but I now also know how many steps I am taking, how well I am sleeping when I am most active. This is so useful I don't know how I managed my weight or activity without it. It is great. My mom and three sisters are going to get one they liked it so much. You don't have to get the display piece (sold separately) but I recommend it, it is very encouraging to look down and see how you are doing at any moment.
